We are committed to helping our Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to thrive, creating a strong foundation for their future career in the classroom.

We want them to build on their Initial Teacher Training year, to develop greater knowledge, understanding and confidence as they begin their teaching journey.

To do this, we partner with Five Counties (our Appropriate Body) and Ambition Institute (our content provider) to provide comprehensive training which fully meets the requirements of the Early Career Framework.
