    In order to ensure we have a great education for every child, we are committed to recruiting, retaining and developing the best people to work across our family of schools.     Our recruitment process aims to search and employ people with the aspiration to really make a difference to children and be committed to our shared ambition. We have numerous roles across our diverse family of schools, from people who work directly with children as leaders, teachers and classroom-based support staff, to finance, HR, estates, cleaners, administrators, site teams and many more who all contribute to ensuring that every child flourishes.

    Once appointed, we have a clear and supportive induction process to ensure that everyone feels a real sense of belonging both in the school they are based in and as part of our Trust. We want to retain our quality staff to make a positive difference to our children, families and communities.

    In order to retain great people, we aim to develop them in their roles through effective continuing professional development. This is in a variety of ways, utilising purposeful appraisal leading to  internal and external courses, visits, professional reading, instructional coaching and much more.
