Five Counties SCITT @ The Priory Learning Trust offer a wide range of school-based Teacher Training courses designed to give you the best possible start to your teaching career.

All of our courses lead to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with the opportunity to gain a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) awarded in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University. 

Whether you’re interested in becoming a Primary teacher, or developing expertise in a Secondary subject, our programmes provide the perfect blend of practical classroom experience and academic study. 

All programmes will start on 1st September 2026 and will work on a phased teaching timetable, progressing throughout the year, along with an intensive programme of professional studies training.
